I want to start selling properly, but I don't know where to begin or how to build the process.

Building and strengthening a sales team
We build the sales system end to end — from the first process to a working team. You choose the level: launch sales from scratch, bring order to the team you already have, or hand over the lot.
Recognise yourself?
We do sell, but it's chaotic: no playbooks, no control, no numbers anyone trusts.
I want to scale, and I'm not confident the system would survive it.
I don't have time to build it myself, and I've never managed to find a strong head of sales.

How we build sales teams
Every project ends with a working sales system rather than a presentation: processes in place, a trained team, and documents that stay yours for good.
Seven people work on it: a business architect, a project manager, a CRM integrator, a financial analyst, a behavioural profiler and two recruiters. Each owns their part of the project, so nothing slows down and nothing slips.
We offer three levels depending on where you are. We'll work out which one fits during the diagnostic.
The three levels
Sales Start — launching sales from scratch
Right for you when you're still selling yourself, or the team is only just forming. We write the process down, split the roles, set up a basic pipeline and some controls, and help you hire your first people.
What's included: sales strategy and pipeline, financial model and sales plan, commission structure for reps, scripts and scenarios, CRM and IP telephony set up, one sales hire, 15 hours of sales training.
Timeline: 3 months. Team: 7 specialists.
Sales on Track — bringing order to the team you have
Right for you when sales already happen but happen chaotically. We write the playbooks, build the KPIs, create the scripts, put management reporting in place and train the team.
What's included: audit of your people and your competitors, sales strategy and customer journey, financial model, rep responsibilities and KPIs, commission structure, CRM and telephony set up, sales standards and scripts, playbooks, a control system, an induction programme, one sales hire, and a month of management and training from one of our heads of sales.
What you end up with: a complete sales team that runs as a system, trained salespeople, and a full set of documents that stay yours for good.
Timeline: 4 months. Team: 7 specialists.
Fully Managed Sales — we build it and we run it
The most complete option, for anyone who wants the result without having to watch the day to day. It combines Sales on Track with outsourced sales management: we build the system and run the team for the whole project.
Timeline: 6 months. Team: 7 specialists, plus a head of sales throughout.
What you get, and when
Sales Start — 3 months
Sales on Track — 4 months
Fully Managed Sales — from 6 months
Our work
What changes when sales stop being chaos
What our clients got out of working with us, during and after:

How to turn chaotic sales into a high-conversion system in 3 months
The real estate agency struggled with an unstructured sales approach, information chaos, and a lack of formalized sales scripts and processes. We implemented a well-thought-out structure, which allowed the business to systematize its processes, achieve growth, and get quality analytics on communications at every stage.
The business got a convenient tool for centralized storage of customer data
Deal processing became easier and faster, multiplying the lead-to-deal conversion rate
Strategic decisions started being made based on data and metrics, not gut feeling
Within a month the owner was ready to scale and asked us to build an improved sales department
Why us, rather than an internal hire
Finding a strong head of sales takes three to six months and guarantees nothing. We start quickly, and we build the system one and a half to two times faster than an internal manager would. That's possible because we work as a team: each specialist owns their area, the process is already worked out, and projects don't sit idle.
Our offer works out around one and a half times cheaper than hiring internally. You're not paying for a person on the payroll. You're paying for a result.
The guarantees are written into the contract.

There are more than 15 of us: business architects, sales trainers, financial analysts, recruiters, heads of sales, marketers. Between them they've seen most of what can go wrong in a sales team, and fixed it.

Sales diagnostics and audit
A two-hour express diagnostic, or a full audit across three to four weeks — whichever suits the question you're asking. Either way you find out where deals are being lost, and you leave with a concrete plan.
